Identity and employment

Each expert's identity and employment history are verified against public records and professional profiles.

Expertise for your question

Expertise for a specific request is checked with screening questions written for that request. You can read them in the Synquery app.

Conflicts and exclusions

• Experts are checked for conflicts before they answer.
• Current employees of the subject company are excluded unless you set include_current_employees: true.
• Current and former staff of companies in exclude_companies are never delivered.

Terms experts agree to

• Experts agree to Synquery's terms of participation.
• When they join, they agree that their answers may be quoted verbatim without their name.
• Experts are anonymous by default. Named panels include only experts who consent to be identified.

What experts see

The question, company, product and context. Never your metadata, your identity or workspace, or your other requests.
