Usage and billing

You pay per answer delivered. Set limits and get notified before you run low.

How usage is counted

One expert's response is one answer. The synthesis and one follow-up round are included.
You pay only for answers delivered and confirmed. Failed requests are not charged, and reused past answers are not charged again.
A delivered answer that doesn't meet the preferences you set is still charged. Raise it with support for review.

Credits or pay as you go

Buy prepaid credits, or pay per answer as you go. Top up at any time, or switch on auto top-up when the balance falls below a level you set.

Notifications

You get an email and a billing.low_balance webhook when credits fall below a threshold you set, and a billing.limit_reached webhook when a limit stops a request.

Checking usage

Get usage and balance returns answers delivered, credits remaining and your current limits.

Limits

Set per workspace or per key. A request that would go over is rejected with 403 limit_exceeded before anything goes to experts.
